Content Creation Subscription

1. Scope of Services

Tampa Studio Collective will provide recurring studio recording services for the Client for the purpose of creating video, podcast, and digital media content.

Studio sessions include:

• 3 hours of recording time per session
• 4 sessions per month
• Access to professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and studio equipment
• Teleprompter access and production support

Recording Specifications:

• Resolution: 4K or 1080p minimum
• Frame Rate: 30fps or 60fps
• Format: MP4
• Codec: H.264
• Audio: Stereo or multi-track

2. Deliverables

The Studio will provide raw recorded video and audio files from each recording session. Files will be delivered via cloud download or shared folder within 72 business hours after recording.

Editing services are not included unless agreed to in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay Tampa Studio Collective a monthly subscription fee of $1,500 USD.

This monthly subscription includes:

• 4 recording sessions per month
• 3 hours per session
• Studio equipment and production support
• Raw file delivery

Billing

Payment must be made in advance at the beginning of each month. Payments may be made via ACH transfer, credit card, or invoice. The subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled according to the cancellation policy.

Additional Studio Time

Any studio time exceeding the included 3 hours per session will be billed at $120 per hour.

4. Scheduling

Sessions will be scheduled in coordination between the Studio and Client. Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. Unused sessions do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All recordings created during the sessions become the property of the Client once payment has been received. Tampa Studio Collective retains the right to use excerpts or behind-the-scenes footage for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel this subscription by providing at least fifteen (15) days written notice prior to the next billing date. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the subscription will automatically renew for the following month.

7. Independent Contractor

Tampa Studio Collective operates as an independent contractor and is responsible for its own equipment, insurance, and operational expenses.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.

9. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any previous discussions or agreements. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
